HB 69 Caption: Relating to validating and approving all acts and proceedings of County Commissioners Courts and the County Judge in the matter of the creation and incorporation of Wind Erosion Conservation Districts in their said counties, and validating and approving all elections held under the provisions of said law where the returns of said elections show that a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters of said counties voting at said elections favored the creation of such districts.

HB 55 Caption: Relating to validating all proceedings heretofore had by the governing bodies of all counties, cities and towns in connection with the issuance of bonds for any purpose, including election orders, notices of election, returns of election, orders canvassing election returns, and bonds issued pursuant thereto, including among instances wherein there have been irregularities in the calling of elections and in the giving of notice of elections.

HB 38 Caption: Relating to authorizing the selection of school depositories for independent districts in certain counties regardless of the population of said districts.
HB 68 Caption: Relating to repealing certain section of the Session Acts which created the 114th Judicial District Court; validating and continuing all causes, processes, writs, bonds and recognizances and making them pending, answerable and returnable and valid in the 31st and 84th Judicial District Courts respectively.
HB 201 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute prohibiting the waste of gas by escape, and requiring the confinement thereof under the terms and conditions of said statute.
HB 455 Caption: Relating to granting to boards of trustees of independent school districts of this State full management and control of public free schools of such districts, vesting said boards with all the powers in regard to the establishment and maintaining of free schools, including the power and manner of taxation for free school purposes that are conferred by law upon the governing bodies of incorporated cities and towns of this State.

HB 779 Caption: Relating to providing for the repurchase of land set apart to build the Capitol that has been recovered by the State and appropriated to the Public Free School Fund, and heretofore purchased from the State, and forfeited, or that should be forfeited for non-payment of interest accrued prior to November 1, 1932, the owner of such land or part thereof at the date of forfeiture shall have a preference right for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of notice of revaluation of such land to repurchase the same upon the terms and conditions provided in certain statute.
HB 780 Caption: Relating to authorizing all officers of the State, counties, cities, towns, villages, and all other political subdivisions of the State, now empowered to issue warrants in payment of salaries and other obligations, to issue such warrants in denominations of five, ten, and twenty dollars, or fractional parts thereof, in payment of any such salaries or other obligations.
HB 842 Caption: Relating to providing for quarterly financial statements of county affairs to be made by county clerks to commissioners courts; providing for the publication thereof, and for the enforcement of the provisions hereof.
