HB 293, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; prohibiting the waste of gas by escape and requiring the confinement thereof until the same can be utilized for light, fuel, or other useful purposes, including the manufacture of carbon black and natural gasoline, provided the utilization of such gas for the purpose of manufacturing natural gasoline shall be without waste of the residue thereof.
