Relating to authorizing all officers of the State, counties, cities, towns, villages, and all other political subdivisions of the State, now empowered to issue warrants in payment of salaries and other obligations, to issue such warrants in denominations of five, ten, and twenty dollars, or fractional parts thereof, in payment of any such salaries or other obligations.
