HJR 32 Caption: Proposing a constitutional amendment permitting the Legislature to exempt from taxation buildings and properties owned by veteran organizations duly chartered by the Congress of the United States, including the American Legion, and used exclusively for said organizations' activities, including necessary furniture and fixtures, and providing that the property to be exempt shall not be more than is reasonably necessary for a building.
