HJR 37, 57th R.S.

Relating to proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Texas providing that one (1) motor vehicle owned by a family or by a person twenty-one (21) years of age or older who is not a constituent of a family shall be exempt from all ad valorem taxes imposed by the State or any political subdivision or instrumentality of the State.
