Relating to the Natural Death Act and a procedure for a person to provide in advance for the withdrawal or withholdings of medical care when the person has a terminal condition; providing certain immunities; making certain provisions as to the effect on insurance of the making of or carrying out a directive as defined in this Act; defining offenses and providing penalties; and declaring an emergency.
