Relating to defining the term "impacted property" as certain described real property in Grayson County, located adjacent to or near the western end of Eisenhower State Park, the term "owner" as the owner or lessee of impacted property, the term "guest" as the guest or employee of an owner, and the term "Department" as the State Parks and Wildlife Department.
