Relating to certain cities and to certain counties which have issued bonds to construct and equip a coliseum or stadium and which are operating the same; authorizing any such county to sell such coliseum and stadium to any such city in which the same is situated pursuant to agreements of sale and purchase; prescribing the minimum sale and purchase price for such facilities and authorizing alternative methods of payment thereof; directing the uses of the proceeds of such sale; prescribing the method of conveying title; prescribing the powers of such cities after the taking of title to such facilities.
