HB 941, 59th R.S.
Relating to providing that any person, firm, or corporation that has a television tower or similar structure licensed by the Federal Communications Commission and located within the State of Texas be required to have continuously burning red lights, or continuously burning flashing red lights, or both, in operation thereon at whatever prescribed intervals and subject to whatever prescribed conditions they are under license required to maintain.
