Relating to authorizing and directing the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools or such Board's successor in function to execute and deliver to the County of Angelina right-of-way easement to a tract of land in Angelina County for the construction and maintenance of a public road extending along and across certain State property owned by the State of Texas for the use and benefit of Lufkin State School.
