Relating to providing for the payment of money to the surviving spouse and minor children of law enforcement officers and full-paid firemen who suffer death by physical violence while engaged in the direct apprehension of a person during the course of the performance of their duties as law enforcement officers and such firemen suffer death from physical violence while engaged in fighting a fire.
