HB 549, 58th R.S.
Relating to providing that any person who is willingly a passenger in an automobile which is being operated by a person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs, and who knows the condition of such operator, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished in the same manner as for driving an automobile while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs.
