Relating to amending the Harris County Road Law Acts, to provide from the supervision and maintenance of all roads, bridges, drains, ditches, culverts, formerly located in the County, and now located in any city, town or village in Harris County by reason of annexation, but only until such time as the validity of the annexation has been finally disposed of.
