Relating to the distribution of milk and milk products; amending certain Acts by defining additional terms; requiring the labeling of receptacles of milk and milk products to show date of production and certain other information; regulating shipment of milk and milk products into this State and requiring certain permits in connection therewith; providing for the confiscation of milk and milk products; authorizing the State Health Officer to make rules and regulations; making other provisions relative to the administration and enforcement of these provisions; repealing conflicting laws; providing for severability; fixing the operative date of this Act.
