Relating to creating a conservation and reclamation District to be known as "Tyler County Water Control and Improvement District No. 1"; conferring upon the district the powers of the general laws governing water control and improvement districts where not in conflict with this Act; providing for the governing body of the district; providing that no election on confirmation of the organization of the District and no exclusion hearing shall be held in said District; providing for the issuance of bonds and refunding bonds; providing for a hearing on the plan of taxation for said District; making bonds of the District eligible for investments, and exempting the property and the bonds of the District from taxation; finding a benefit; providing a severability clause.
