Relating to authorizing the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools to sell certain land located near Abilene State Hospital in Taylor County, Texas, for cash at public sale under certain conditions; providing that said land shall be sold with a reservation of one-half (1/2) of the minerals; authorizing the Executive Director of said Board to execute and deliver the necessary conveyance to be approved by the Attorney General; providing the proceeds from each sale to go the General Revenue Fund.
