Relating to amending certain Acts by permitting the Commissioner of Agriculture of the State of Texas to enter into a Co-operative Agreement, for the purposes set forth therein relating to the grading and inspection of tomatoes, with any Texas firm, corporation or association organized for that purpose (which firms, corporations, and associations, and all inspectors shall be licensed in accordance with standards and rules prescribed by the Commissioner of Agriculture) and/or the United States Department of Agriculture.
