Relating to the amending the Sabine River Authority Act so as to change its name to Sabine River Authority of Texas; amending said Act by establishing fees of office; amending the Act to authorize the District to issue revenue bonds for the purpose set out in the Act and providing that the aggregate principal amount of the bonds outstanding at any one time shall not exceed Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000).
