Relating to repealing the Compulsory Vehicle Inspection Law and re-enacting certain provisions of the Uniform Traffic Act to provide compulsory inspection, adjustment correction or repair of motor vehicles, trailers, semi-trailers, pole trailers and house trailers, and the procedure therefor by the Texas Department of Public Safety; making an appropriation.
