Related to amending Statutes relating to the Teacher Retirement System to provide for compulsory retirement of members of the Teacher Retirement System upon reaching a certain age under certain conditions; to provide procedures by which members eligible to retire may designate nominees and optional allowances for retirement, and change such designations prior to retirement; to provide that such designations shall become effective and payable immediately upon death of such members.
