Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for the appropriation, allocation, and transfer of funds from the Clearance Fund to a fund to be known as the Farm-to-Market Road Fund of the State Highway Department of the State of Texas, in amount of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand ($1,250,000.00) Dollars per month beginning September 1, 1949, for the construction of Farm-to-Market Roads; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of said Act; providing a saving clause.
