Relating to providing for a salary of not less than Four Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500) nor more than Seven Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500) per annum for Justices of the Peace who are compensated on a salary basis in precincts situated in a city or which include a city or a part thereof, having a population in excess of three hundred and fifty thousand (350,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census; providing this Act shall be severable; repealing all laws in conflict.
