Relating to appropriate funds to the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas, for the use of the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station at College Station, Texas, the sum of $25,000 per year for the fiscal years ending August 31, 1946, and August 31, 1947, to enable the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station to conduct research and experimental work in the development of adaptable varieties of Hybrid Seed Corn for Texas farmers and to conduct further studies of a pathological nature by which the farmers of Texas and Texas Agriculture in general might benefit.
