Relating to providing that when the Chairman of the Board of Insurance Commissioners shall become convinced that there is or has been gross mismanagement of the affairs of domestic fraternal benefit societies, he shall have the privilege and duty of summoning a meeting of the members of the society of the governing body, directorate, or officers thereof, or any part of any of such, and of disclosing to them his findings with respect to the affairs of such society, and allowing them an opportunity to replace the persons guilty of such mismanagement.
