SB 436, 47th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Act by providing for validating written wills heretofore probated and letters of administration heretofore granted upon citations or notices not so directed to the Sheriff or any Constable of the County in which such proceedings are instituted but conforming to the other requirements of Article 3333 of Title 54 of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, Revision of 1925 as amended, providing that this Act shall not apply in certain cases.
