Relating to prohibiting the sale of real estate by virtue of any power of sale contained in any mortgage, trust deed, or other conveyance in the nature of a mortgage, and providing that such conveyances shall only be foreclosed by an action in court and that no real estate shall be sold to satisfy any such conveyance except pursuant to a judgment of a district court.
