Relating to placing Hunt County within, to compose a part of, both the Fifth (5th) and Sixth (6th) Supreme Judicial Districts of Texas, and regulating the filing, in the respective Courts of Civil Appeals established in said districts, cases appealed from the trial courts of Hunt County.
