Relating to amending certain statute creating the Dixon Independent School District in Hunt County, Texas, by redefining its boundaries and authorizing said Dixon Independent School District to issue bonds under the provisions of the general law for the purpose of providing funds to be expended in payment of accounts equally contracted in constructing and equipping public free school buildings in said district, or for the purpose of purchasing, constructing, repairing or equipping public free school buildings with the limits of said district and the purchase of the necessary sites therefor.
