Relating to amending certain acts reorganizing the 26th Judicial District of Texas; creating the 87th Judicial District of Texas; fixing and defining the jurisdiction of the Twenty-sixth, Fifty-third, and Eighty-seventh Judicial Districts of Texas; abolishing the Criminal District Court for the counties of Travis and Williamson; abolishing the office of District Attorney in the counties of Travis and Williamson, and providing for the county attorneys in said two counties performing the duties of District Attorney in their respective counties, and fixing their compensation therefor.
