Relating to amending certain statutes defining indigency; fixing the fees of the county judge for hearing pension applications, and providing that said fee shall be $2.00, and the same shall be paid out of the general funds of the county treasury upon presentment of an account therefor to the commissioners court; and that said fees shall be accounted for as other fees of office.
