SB 1045, 65th R.S.

Providing for the payment to persons retired as annuitants who immediately prior to retirement were appointed officers or employees of the Central Education Agency, the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, or the Texas Schools for the Blind and Deaf; providing for the payment of a death benefit equal to that payable to annuitants retired under the provisions of the retirement acts administered by the board of trustees of the Employees Retirement System of Texas.
