Relating to voiding of a Lease by a Landlord where a Tenant or Employee of Tenant uses the Leased Property to Violate the Provisions of Chapter 43 of the Texas Penal Code relating to Public Indecency, and relating to defining an offense on the part of an owner or lessor for knowingly allowing property to be used in violation of Chapter 43, Texas Penal Code.
