Relating to regulation of the practice of occupational therapy and to the creation, membership, and powers and duties of the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners; and to the creation, membership, qualifications, organization, powers and duties, and compensation of the Texas Advisory Board of Occupational Therapy and to the board's operations and financing; authorizing certain fees; requiring an annual audit; prohibiting certain acts and practices and providing civil and criminal penalties.
