Relating to the creation, administration, expansion, funding, and dissolution of emergency communication districts in certain counties in which a 9-1-1 telephone number is used as the primary emergency telephone number and to the powers and duties of the districts, participating jurisdictions, and service suppliers; providing for the imposition and collection of fees; authorizing issuance of tax-free revenue bonds, including refunding bonds, and for further security for payment; providing permissible terms and provisions of bond and their characteristics and for their eligibility for investments and security for deposit of public funds; requiring approval of the attorney general and registration by the comptroller.
