Relating to the offenses for driving while intoxicated and involuntary manslaughter involving the use of a motor vehicle and to the civil and criminal consequences of those offenses, including the suspension of the driver's license of a person operating a motor vehicle if the person is suspected of having an alcohol concentration of 0.10 or greater.
