Remarks: This Act takes effect September 1, 2001, except Section 25 does not take effect; Sections 10, 11, 18, 20, 22, 24, 27, and 29 take effect September 1, 2004; and Section 53 (Subchapter L, Chapter 113, Natural Resources Code) applies beginning with the 2002-2003 school year.
