Remarks: Except as otherwise provided, this Act takes effect September 1, 2001. Section 773.014, Health and Safety Code, takes effect on January 1, 2002, except the Texas Department of Health may adopt rules under that section on or after September 1, 2001, that may take effect before January 1, 2002.
