Remarks: Section 1 of this Act takes effect immediately only if the Act of the 76th Legislature, Regular Session, 1999, relating to nonsubstantive additions to and corrections in enacted codes (SB 1368) DOES NOT take effect. Section 2 of this Act takes effect September 1, 1999, only if that Act (SB 1368) does take effect.
