Remarks: Section 9F, Texas Health Maintenance Organization Act (Chapter 20A, Vernon's Texas Insurance Code), as added by this Act, takes effect September 1, 1999, and applies only to an evidence of coverage that is delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed on or after January 1, 2000.
