Remarks: This Act takes effect January 1, 1992, except Sections 18.17 and 18.19 take effect immediately; Section 6.03 takes effect September 1, 1991; Sections 6.01, 6.02, 8.02, 8.09, and 9.01, and Articles 7, 12, 13, 15, 17, 20, and 23 take effect October 1, 1991; Sections 18.01-18.05 take effect the later of April 1, 1992 or the 60th day after the date of issuance of the first insurance policy by the Texas Workers' Compensation Insurance Fund under Article 5.76-3, Insurance Code, as added by this Article; and Section 18.18 takes effect January 1, 1994.
