Remarks: This Act takes effect September 1, 2021, except Sections 1.01, 1.03, 1.05, and 2.04(a) take effect January 1, 2022; Sections 1.06 and 1.10 take effect September 1, 2022; Sections 1.04, 1.08, 2.05, and 2.11 take effect October 1, 2022; and Sections 1.09, 2.09, and 2.10 take effect January 1, 2023.
