Relating to ratifying and confirming the title of J.H. Cole and all other persons holding a chain of title from W.H. Walters in and to a tract of land in Nacogdoches County, Texas known as the W.H. Walters Labor of Land, and to disavow and relinquish the rights, claims and title of the state of Texas in and to said land.
