Relating to establishing and maintaining a dairy, hog and poultry agricultural experiment station in the Pineywoods region of Southeast Texas in one of several counties; authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to select a suitable location for said station and empowering said Board of Directors to establish and maintain the same.
