Relating to amending a certain Statute relating to the granting of divorces, by striking out the words, "Except where the husband or wife is insane," following the words, "Grounds for divorce," and adding thereto a new subdivision to be known as number six (6) affecting cases of inanity; and providing for service in such cases.
