HB 105, 41st R.S.

Relating to creating the 110th Judicial District and reorganizing and prescribing the time for holding court in the Fiftieth Judicial District, the Sixty-fourth Judicial District and the Seventy-second Judicial District, and providing that the process heretofore issued in said districts shall be returnable to the proper terms created by this act.
