HB 46, 40th 1st C.S.
Relating to prohibiting the placing or erection of any signs or billboards bearing advertisements or road information along or upon any authorized state highway in this State except such as are placed by the State Highway Department, or associations authorized by the State Highway Department, which shall contain road information only; prescribing a penalty for the violation thereof.
