SB 218, 40th R.S.

Relating to providing that all policies hereafter written by any fraternal benefit society doing business in this State shall provide that no change thereafter made in any of the by-laws of the constitution of such society shall in any way affect the liability of such society under its policy and the constitution and by-laws as they existed at the time such policy was issued.
