Relating to amending Articles 650 and 651 of the Code of Criminal Procedure allowing defendants jointly indicted or defendants indicted for offenses growing out of the same transaction the right to apply for severance and ask for a separate trial, regulating the procedure under such application and leaving the action thereon to the sound discretion of the trial court.
