Relating to providing for the placing of children in homes by indenture or otherwise by persons, societies or asylums engaged therein; providing the procedure therefor, and providing for the execution of bonds to be given by such person society or asylum to whom payable and the conditions and forfeiture thereof; providing a penalty.
