Relating to creating the Crawford Independent School District in McLennan County, Texas; defining its boundaries, including the present Crawford Independent School District; providing for a board of trustees in said district, conferring upon said district and its board of trustees all the rights, powers, privileges and duties now conferred and imposed by the General Laws of Texas upon independent school districts and the boards of trustees thereof.
